Welcome to StarChat. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the StarChat mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using StarChat, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use StarChat. If you are under the age of digital consent as defined by applicable law, you may use the Service only with verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian.
You may sign in using supported third‑party providers such as Google or Apple. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

By using cloud‑based features, you grant StarChat a limited, non‑exclusive license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. We do not claim ownership of your personal content.
StarChat is currently provided free of charge. We may introduce optional paid features or subscription plans in the future. Any such offerings will be governed by updated terms presented to you prior to purchase.
You may stop using StarChat at any time and may request account deletion through available support channels. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required for security, legal, or operational reasons.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, StarChat disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StarChat Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruptions arising from your use of the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in features, laws, or policies. Continued use of the Service after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
